HR Global Ventures was founded on a simple frustration: most HR vendors sell process, not judgment. We built a firm around the second thing.
Our story
HR Global Ventures started in 2011 when our founder, then the head of HR at a 300-person manufacturer, kept fielding calls from other operators asking the same question: "who do you use for this?" A staffing desk turned into a consulting practice, then a payroll and outsourcing arm, then a training team — each added because a client asked for it, not because it looked good on a services page.
15 years later, we're a 620+-client firm that still runs the way it started: consultants who've sat on the other side of the table, a short chain of command, and a policy of telling clients when a role, a policy or a plan isn't going to work before we take the engagement.
